Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and TLC License: You must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record along with a valid TLC license.

TLC Licensed Vehicle: You must have a TLC licensed vehicle with up to date registration, insurance, and inspection.

Social Security Card: Must be ready to supply your social security or fill out a W9 form to confirm your social security number.

• Experience: Previous experience in the transportation industry, particularly in non-emergency medical transportation or similar fields, is a plus.

Vehicle Requirements: You'll need a well-maintained vehicle that meets our safety and accessibility standards. (We can provide more details about vehicle requirements upon inquiry.)

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you'll be interacting directly with passengers.
• Compassion and Empathy: We value drivers who demonstrate compassion and empathy, particularly when working with passengers with medical needs.
